How long should I wait before washing my hair after my appointment?
For best results, wait a minimum of 48 hours before washing your hair. This allows the cuticle to fully close after your chemical service.
Do I need to arrive with clean hair?
For color services, especially highlights, I recommend arriving with clean hair. For solid color and global blonding services, hair that is one to three days old is ideal. For extension tightening or reinstallation appointments, clean hair is preferred.
Are tips expected?
Gratuity is always appreciated but never required. Your loyalty truly means the most, and the greatest compliments are referrals, Google reviews, and social media shout outs. If you do choose to tip and prefer something non traditional, a coffee is always loved.

The studio is an intimate space, so I kindly ask that you attend your appointment on your own unless your guest is also receiving a service or you require support due to anxiety.

POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival Policy
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
