Our team is more than a group of stylists. We are artists, listeners, and trusted experts who genuinely love what we do. Every colour, every extension, every brush stroke is approached with care and intention because we understand the power of seeing yourself clearly again.
MEET DRE
Founder of Juliet Rose Salon | IBE® Certified | Hair Health Obsessed
Dre is Colombian born and Alberta built, living proof that it is never too late to bet on yourself. She entered the beauty industry at 36 with a deep love for hair as both craft and art, and an uncompromising standard for health and integrity.
She specializes in Invisible Bead Extensions® and intentional colour rooted in scalp care and long term results. Hair health is non negotiable, ever.
What began as a single chair grew into Juliet Rose, a refined, women focused salon built on artistry, mentorship, and excellence. Dre is passionate about developing her team and creating a space where women feel powerful, polished, and truly seen.
At Juliet Rose, hair is not just done. It is honoured.
OUR TEAM
Violeta
Studio Host
V is the receptionist and proud daughter of the owner. She loves welcoming clients and helping create a supportive, woman-powered space where everyone feels comfortable and celebrated. Currently in Grade 12, she balances school with front desk life. Her favorite part of the job is watching her mom’s dream grow and seeing each client leave feeling confident and glowing. She’s also known for making a pretty great cup of coffee.
Sara
Hair Professional
Sara has been a stylist for 19 years, completing her apprenticeship in Fort McMurray, Alberta. She has continued her education throughout her career, including advanced colour training through Matrix Education.
Sara loves working with blondes and enhancing natural tones while prioritizing healthy, beautiful hair. With 15 years of experience running a home-based salon and five years working at Tommy Gun’s Barbershop, she brings a well-rounded skill set and loyal-client experience into the salon environment.
She is excited to be back in a collaborative salon space and to continue growing alongside the Juliet Rose team.
Holly
Hair Professional
Holly completed her cosmetology training in Sacramento, California and has proudly built her 15-year career in Alberta. She is known for her advanced colour work, vivid transformations, and complex colour corrections.
As an IBE Certified Extensionist, she creates seamless, fully customized extension experiences with a strong focus on hair health and integrity.
Education is central to Holly’s career. She has worked as an educator with professional brands and local beauty suppliers and is passionate about continued growth for herself and the stylists she mentors.
Her goal is simple: that every guest leaves her chair feeling heard, cared for, and completely confident.
Jordy
Apprentice Stylist
Jordy is an apprentice stylist with nearly a year of hands-on salon experience and a true passion for learning and growth in the beauty industry. Raised on a farm, she brings a strong work ethic and grounded energy to everything she does.
She loves helping guests feel comfortable and confident in the chair while continuing to refine her skills alongside the Juliet Rose team. Outside the salon, you’ll find her riding horses, spending time with family, reading, or sewing.
Jordy is excited to welcome you in and be part of your hair journey.
